Despite a booming economy and low vacancy rate for commercial and industrial rental properties in Calgary, a 6,500-square-foot warehouse in the city’s South East industrial zone was vacant for almost six months. A new tenant had finally expressed some interest in the property but, because it hadn’t been professional cleaned in many years, they wanted assurance from the landlord that something would be done about the general cleanliness of the building’s interior space.

Southland Transportation Ltd. has a fleet of more then 550 school buses stationed in five different storage yards in various areas of Calgary.
